How to love your husband is to be willing to spend quality time with him and show that you appreciate what he does for you. Men are human and unfortunately that does not mean being perfect. Marriage is a commitment. Remembering marriage vows can help to put the relationship in perspective. Love, honor, cherish, forsaking all others, and remaining faithful are all promises. As the years go by we often forget these important promises. How to love your husband can easily be done when we stop to remember the promises we made. Everyone needs to feel needed and appreciated. Stop a moment and reflect on ways that you can show him that he is important and loved. "Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and He is the savior of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let wives be to their own husbands in everything" (Ephesians 5:20-24).

Everyone needs some alone time and a little bit of time with friends can do a person good but not at the expense of one's family. Loving your husband is not about totally sacrificing all of one's time for doing what he wants to do. There has to be some balance. Just don't let the little busy things rob quality time with one's family. Figure out a way to get dinner cooked faster so that everyone has time to sit down and visit in the evenings. Talk to one another, communication is very important.
