mation previously unimagined. Such advances have promoted a coordinated push to educate the public of the available capabilities of new advancements and their potential. Technology school is more than learning how to use existing hardware and software; it is an education intended to motivate new creativity by educating teachers and students in the capabilities and use of these advancements.
The goals of such a program seek to reach into the traditional classroom, providing teachers with the means to access new technology and building users' confidence. They, then, motivate their students to accept new technologies as a normal aspect of their curriculum. The focus of technology education is upon K-12th grades and provides teachers with access to modern equipment. The technology school has become not only a place of learning basic skills, but how to do all that with the convenience of new devices. Teaching in the old school was basic reading, writing and arithmetic, but because of today's advancements, education is intricately linked with using electronic equipment that has become, no longer a luxury but a necessity, in the home. Teachers are using "smart-boards", overhead projectors, palm pilots, laptop computers, and numerous other gadgets that are incredibly successful in motivating children to learn.
Adequately training and preparing educators is the critical first step in this paradigm shift. Technology education has to be begun by training the teachers, for if they fear the equipment, they won't use it, and in turn, their classroom falls behind those who do. Teachers who are actively involved in a technology school become adept at using the devices, find that their job becomes much easier and more fun, as well becoming better teachers. Their enthusiasm affects their students who also become better at learning and using technology. School has become an exciting place to be with advance technologies being the motivator.
God has given mankind the ability to invent in order to improve life on the earth with the innovative minds He provided. All things created are meant for good, whether they retain that purpose or not is a decision of each person. But God intends for us to be creative and He showed us that intention by calling us to be "new creatures," not standing still in the old ways. "Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. And all things are of God," (2 Corinthians 5:17-18).Our physical lives affects the spiritual, and neither are not to be stagnant in any way. Recent advancements have brought mankind to a new level of being a new creature physically, while our spiritual creature must become more like Christ, also an ever changing process.
